15 July 2013 –

I have just got off the phone on a long distance call from Poland with my friend Anna, and she said to me that I should start writing a book, instead of watching TV.

The weather has been beautiful all day long, such a pleasant change for England thankfully. I had managed to get my duvet dry on the washing line in under an hour along with lots off other washing done throughout the day.

Blog - The Life of George

“Plant a seed and watch it grow”? – So from a few potatoes that had routed in my friends cupboard that i said I would plant in my garden earlier in the year, I planted & received many back….. Potatoes unlike Humans are able always without prompt to re-plant there own seeds and multiply in there own growth…… Humans sometimes need prompt…..

Actually your probably reading this thinking what the f**k is this blog book about….

To tell you the truth I am hoping that throughout reading this you will be in stitches off laughter, see moments off despair, and make a change in your own life if you are at any time thinking negatively or sorry for yourself….

This book is here to inspire you…It is here to make you find gratitude if you have not already found it.. Recognise that we are all universally one and that the Law of attraction brings wonderful things into your life..

…It will seem mish mash at times, which is the way my life WAS, and why you are reading this right now…

Your Back To Front Day

August 2013

Have you ever had a day when you’ve got up, dressed, showered, eaten breakfast, done your daily things around the house,…..

and then recognised that you’ve put your t-shirt on back to front???

Well today has been one off those days…

Short script, and yet I felt that I had to share this today.

Have you ever had one off those days when your focus is more on your project more than your food ???

My project started last night when gone gondolas phoned me out of the blue and said she needed to talk. Then turned up drunk after skipping a taxi and per normal her drunkenness left her in a state of an emotional mess… I used to be that way so I can sympathise with that. Thankfully I don’t drink as often and as much as that nowadays  :-))

Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou for viewing our pages

Its the beginning of August & I’m so happy to see that Mental Health awareness is changing in and around the UKBBC 3 are televising people who are dealing with their own mental health problems and Time To Change are working on their UK August

Campaign to make people aware…

So to tell you more about my condition. It took me until a couple of years ago to actually recognise that i do suffer with a form of mental/ nervous anxiety.

Secret Escapes 50%off

And so we come to the end of the summer holidays, its the August Bank Holiday & Leeds &Reading Festival are in full swing.

The end of the summer festivals signalling the end of the august & the return back to studying for many, and the drag to christmas, or thats what it feels like sometimes for me.

Although I love the music scene, and last year was lucky enough to be watching the music festivals freely through volunteering at the event.

It is also the time of summer where the nights begin to get darker and we creep into the winter months, where I along with many others I am sure suffer with SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)
